To promote the right mind-set we need to be calm, centered and relaxed.
We recommend daily Qigong practice of up to 20 minutes.
Our exercises will help you focus on deep breathing and stretching golf specific muscles, freeing up all 13 major joints and condition you to let go of Mental chatter allowing you to be better prepared for making your Golf Swing.
